The brief, the crew set-up and the documentation for three building types we clean across the Sydney CBD and metro.

These are example briefs that show how we approach each type of site. They are not write-ups of named client accounts, and the sizes shown are typical ranges rather than a specific building.

CBD tower work is governed by the building before it is governed by the cleaning: access windows, dock bookings, inductions and insurance evidence all come first.

How We Run It

Compliance documents and inductions are completed before the first shift and dock times booked in advance. Police-checked cleaners work an itemised scope with kitchens, end-of-trip and meeting rooms on their own task lists.

You get compliance lodged with the building manager up front, an itemised scope with a fixed price, police-checked and insured cleaners, and one point of contact for changes.

City consulting rooms need documented disinfection and cleaners who can work inside a tower access window without leaving the job half done.

How We Run It

Clinical and public zones are worked with separate colour-coded equipment inside the agreed access window. Disinfectant suitable for clinical areas is applied at the labelled contact time and a dated sign-off closes every visit.

Metro distribution sites need cleaning that works around live operations, crews inducted to traffic-management rules, and high-risk work planned in writing.

How We Run It

Shifts are split so machine sweeping runs when aisles are clear. Cleaners complete site induction before the first shift and SWMS is lodged for every high-risk task.

What You Get

You get SWMS on file before work starts, inducted, police-checked cleaners, a documented sweep and amenities schedule, and photographs of periodical work on request.
