  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service

Each site is cleaned against a written scope of works. If something on the scope has been missed:

  • Please tell us as soon as you can after the clean, by phone or email
  • We will follow it up with you and agree how and when it will be put right
  • If the scope itself needs to change, we will update it in writing with you

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to:

  • Direct damages caused by our negligence
  • The cost of the cleaning service completed
  • We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages
