Grips and pads get a disinfectant suited to the material, and chrome is dried off so it stays bright.
Rubber tiles hold sweat and chalk in their texture, so they are vacuumed first and then mopped with a neutral cleaner that will not leave a slippery film. Sprung timber in studios is damp-mopped only, artificial turf sled tracks are vacuumed, and entry matting is cleaned so grit is not walked onto the training floor.
Touch points get a separate sanitising pass at the end of each visit: door handles, water fountains, lockers, check-in screens, light switches and the edges of equipment people grab. Change rooms, showers and toilets are cleaned and restocked last, and shower grout and drains are checked for mould and build-up.
